Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5 years of experience managing engineering teams in combustion engine development.
9 years of experience managing engineering teams in combustion engine development with focus on engine testing and calibration.
Excellent knowledge of practical engineering science and technology and its application to design and production.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

Direct, manage, and evaluate development eng activities related to combustion engine testing and calibration.
Coordinate with TTC capability leads for K&B at Friedrichshafen and with Aiken site managers.
Recruit, develop, and evaluate staff; set goals and training needs.
Plan, coordinate, and control development projects to meet technical and business objectives.
Manage project timelines, budgets, staffing, and resources for multiple initiatives.
Oversee engine development activities and future test cell planning and equipment needs.
