Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of experience leading engineering teams in combustion engine development (testing & calibration).
  • Master's degree preferred; 10+ years of experience in engine development and calibration.
  • Excellent knowledge of engineering science applications, diesel engine design/production.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, manage, and evaluate development engineering activities related to combustion engine testing and calibration.
  • Coordinate with TTC capability leads in Friedrichshafen and site managers at Aiken.
  • Recruit, develop, and evaluate engineering staff; set goals and ensure training.
