Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive Engineering with 3 years testing experience or 7 years in the field.
  • Experience testing/calibrating combustion engines in dynamometer cells and in the field.
  • Ability to read controller wiring diagrams and perform CAN-Bus troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform diesel engine development, calibration and testing in dynamometer test cells.
  • Support and troubleshoot field failures and after-sales issues.
  • Mentor less experienced engineers and document work per standards.
  • Communicate with engineering groups worldwide and manage project status.
