Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive advanced analytics for Marketing and the business. The role leads complex analyses, designs scalable dashboards, and partners across Marketing, Sales, IT and other units to deliver actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will manage data from multiple systems, ensure data integrity, and guide projects from concept to delivery while communicating findings to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent required.
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ years in Applied Projects and digital transformation, data management.
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis and cloud experience.
• 4+ years in an individual contributor role as a key team member.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products.
• Design, enhance, and oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and segments.
• Lead comprehensive customer and market analyses across Ryder business units.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity and steward data assets.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis from multiple systems.
