Xavier University seeks an Associate Director of Care and Support Services to lead a campus-wide initiative focused on student well-being and success. The role provides developmental coaching, case management, and supervision of CSS staff, while collaborating with campus partners to implement targeted interventions.

The position chairs the Xavier Action and Care Team (XACT) and participates in XBIT and XCRT to drive strategic outreach and data-driven outcomes for student resilience.

Competenze

• Experience in leading university student support services.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate programs.
• Strong collaboration with campus partners to support student success.
