Job summary

Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Assistant Director of Care and Support Services to coordinate wraparound student support. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of students within Care and Support Services.
• Coordinate outreach and regularly communicate with students on caseload.
• Collaborate with on and off campus partners to formulate intervention plans and support student success.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow FERPA laws; secure written permission before speaking with third parties.
• Lead CSS meetings and participate in cross-campus teams (XACT, XCRT).
• Utilize data and analytics to identify at-risk students and deploy interventions.
• Promote resilience, belonging, and campus wellbeing through programs and collaborations.

Education

Master’s degree in Higher Education, Counseling, Education, Administration, or related field
