Job summary

• Strong knowledge of FERPA and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide wraparound care for students and monitor caseloads with data-driven interventions.
• Educate students on campus resources and navigate policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Strategic Enrollment Management, and Legal Affairs to align student success initiatives.
• Lead case management processes and maintain documentation using university systems.
