Xavier University in Cincinnati seeks an Associate Director of Care and Support Services to lead comprehensive case management for students and supervise CSS staff. This role chairs the Xavier Action and Care Team (XACT) and participates in the Coordinated Action Team (XCRT) and Xavier Behavioral Intervention Team (XBIT) to promote student resilience and wellbeing.

The Associate Director provides developmental coaching, coordinates referrals and follow-up services, and collaborates with campus

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in student services.
• Knowledge of FERPA and student data privacy practices.
• Strong collaboration across campus partners.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engage in comprehensive case management for students referred by campus alerts or identified at risk, coordinating interventions and resources.
• Supervise CSS staff, provide regular training, mentorship and evaluation to ensure quality support for students.
• Serve as chair of the Xavier Action and Care Team (XACT) and participate in XBIT and XCRT, presenting case load updates and leading data collection efforts.
