Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Higher Education, Counseling, Education, Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of FERPA and student support best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmental coaching and case management to students to promote success and wellbeing.
• Supervise CSS staff and provide training, mentorship, and evaluation.
• Lead CSS initiatives, collaborate with campus partners, and oversee budget and operations.
