Job summary

Kukui Holdings, Inc. is expanding its marketing services and seeking a senior operator to lead the offering end-to-end. You will shape the service, price it, and drive delivery from early client engagements to scalable operations, using AI and automation as core enablers.

The role involves owning the commercial strategy, building the team, and guiding cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Client Success, Product, and delivery to ensure ROI and growth.

Qualifications

• Track record of building a marketing services offering.
• Experience selling to SMB and local businesses.
• Hands-on strength across paid search, social, SEO, and AI-driven visibility.
• Experience building or directing delivery teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the managed marketing service and pricing.
• Lead client delivery from the front and own ROI discussions.
• Own full-stack delivery across paid, SEO, social, content, and reputation.
• Build a scalable delivery model with AI and automation at the core.
• Hire and lead the delivery team and align with Sales, CS, and Product.
