The position offers hybrid work with on-site and remote flexibility, and requires 7+ years in telecom infrastructure with 2+ years in leadership, including strong vendor management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field.
• Minimum 7 years in telecommunications infrastructure engineering with at least 2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of core network technologies (IP, MPLS, BGP, fiber).
• Proven experience in large-scale network design, deployment and management.
• Security principles and implementation in networks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of telecommunications infrastructure engineers.
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of scalable, resilient network infrastructure.
• Manage deployment and integration of new telecom technologies and services.
• Ensure security, performance and availability of the network infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure standards, policies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide technical leadership during outages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with business needs.
• Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning and technology assessments.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of network equipment and services.
• Drive ongoing improvement within the infrastructure engineering team.
