Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC is seeking a skilled Technology Analyst to lead discovery and analysis for an enterprise agentic AI platform. You will translate business and security needs into concrete platform requirements and ensure alignment across product, architecture, and risk teams.

You will define workflows for model access, onboarding, and production readiness while mentoring analysts and shaping platform playbooks to enable scalable adoption across the enterprise.

About the Role

You will lead technology analysis for enterprise agentic AI platform capabilities that enable trusted, scalable adoption across FIS. You will translate complex business, engineering, security and operational needs into platform requirements, controls and implementation plans. You will connect product, architecture, engineering, risk and client-facing teams throughout the platform lifecycle. Success means improving platform adoption, clarifying decisions, reducing delivery risk and establishing repeatable operating practices.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead discovery and analysis for agentic AI platform capabilities, integrations and operating processes. Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, process models, user stories and acceptance criteria. Define platform workflows for model access, agent onboarding, tool integration and production readiness. Partner with architecture and engineering teams to assess feasibility, dependencies, controls and delivery options. Analyze platform usage, quality, cost, risk and operational data to recommend measurable improvements. Establish traceability across requirements, designs, testing evidence, decisions and release outcomes. Coordinate complex initiatives across product, security, risk, compliance, operations and business teams. Facilitate technical workshops, resolve requirement gaps and communicate decisions to senior stakeholders. Develop platform standards, playbooks and documentation that support consistent enterprise adoption. Mentor analysts and provide expert guidance on technology analysis and AI platform practices.

What you will need:

• Advanced technology analysis skills across requirements, process design, systems integration and solution delivery.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives with broad scope, undefined problems and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, application programming interfaces, data flows and distributed systems concepts.
• Experience defining functional and nonfunctional requirements for enterprise platforms or developer services.
• Knowledge of governance, security, privacy, auditability and operational controls for enterprise technology.
• Skill with agile delivery, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, testing and release readiness practices.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and present actionable recommendations to technical and business leaders.
• Degree in technology, information systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Added bonus if you have: Experience with generative AI, agentic systems, large language models or AI platform operations.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol, tool calling, retrieval patterns and agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI evaluations, observability, guardrails, human approval controls and model gateways.
• Experience supporting internal platform onboarding, developer enablement or technology product management.
• Working knowledge of Python, TypeScript, SQL or comparable tools for analysis and prototyping.
• Relevant cloud, business analysis, agile or AI governance certification.
