Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience translating ambiguous objectives into executable plans and governance.
Proven ability to lead multiple interdependent initiatives and resolve cross‑functional risks.
Credible collaboration across Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Operations and Finance.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, high‑impact network programs from strategy through handoff.
Create integration frameworks when scope or funding is unclear.
Governance, decisions, rhythms, and executive review processes for initiatives.
Drive cross‑domain sequencing across architecture, build, testing, deployment, and operations.
Mentor PMs and promote delivery discipline and accountability.
