Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible program management experience in technical, network, engineering, or infrastructure initiatives.
• Broad understanding of telecommunications networks, including hardware, software, infrastructure, planning, deployment, lifecycle, and operations.
• Ability to translate ambiguous objectives into executable plans with governance models and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading multiple interdependent initiatives and resolving cross-functional risks and priorities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive decision-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact network programs from definition to handoff and stabilization.
• Create integrated execution frameworks when scope and ownership are not fully defined.
• Coordinate multiple programs with enterprise dependencies and senior leadership visibility.
• Establish governance, success measures, and executive review processes.
• Mentor project/program managers and promote scalable, AI-enabled workflows.
