Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee field operations for multiple high-rise construction projects. You will lead subcontractors, manage schedules, and coordinate with project teams from groundbreaking through turnover, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in supervision, proven leadership, and strong communication skills. This is a permanent, on-site role with a competitive base salary and strong equity potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
• Proven safety, contract management, blueprint reading, estimating, budgeting, quality control, cost control, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from concept to turnover, directing workers and subs to follow the plan and schedule.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and emergencies are addressed.
• Manage contracts to ensure terms are met and issues resolved.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specs to align activities.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and apply cost controls.
• Conduct quality control inspections to meet standards.
• Estimate construction costs and prepare detailed project estimates.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
