Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Highrise Superintendent to lead field operations for multiple high-rise projects in Delray Beach, FL. The role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of safety and quality control, and a hands-on management style to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage complex schedules, and work with project teams from groundbreaking through turnover, driving safety, quality, and client satisfaction on major developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-rise construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, safety management, quality control, materials management, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in safety management or quality control are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of high-rise projects from start to finish within plan and budget.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safety culture on all sites.
• Implement and manage quality control processes and conduct regular inspections.
• Manage procurement, storage, and allocation of materials.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts during construction to satisfy all parties.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
