Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise construction with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of construction planning, safety management, quality control, materials management, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in safety management or quality control are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of high-rise projects from start to finish within plan and budget.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safety culture on all sites.
• Implement and manage quality control processes and conduct regular inspections.
• Manage procurement, storage, and allocation of materials for projects.
• Identify risks and implement risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and stakeholders for project success.
• Resolve issues or conflicts during construction to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
