Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for multiple high-rise construction projects in Miami. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, managing complex schedules, and enforcing safety and quality standards to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, collaborate with project teams, and drive excellence from groundbreaking through turnover.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role on high-rise construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, safety management, quality control, materials management and risk management.
• Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; certifications in safety or quality are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of high-rise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work aligns with plan and budget.
• Enforce safety regulations on all sites and promote a safety-first culture.
• Implement and manage quality control processes; conduct inspections to meet quality standards.
• Manage procurement, storage and allocation of materials for efficient use.
• Identify risks and implement risk-management strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Resolve issues or conflicts arising during construction; ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
