Jobot seeks a Senior Superintendent to oversee major commercial construction projects from pre-con through completion. You will lead field operations, coordinating subcontractors, materials, inspections, and permitting while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in commercial construction with 5+ years in a superintendent role.
• Proven track record managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of scheduling, quality control and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate all aspects of jobsite activity, including subcontractors, materials, inspections, and permitting.
• Enforce and champion health and safety best practices.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and internal leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior field staff.
