Job summary

The role requires strong Python/Java skills, AWS experience, and a proven track record in enterprise AI-assisted tooling usage, security, and resiliency.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years applied experience in software engineering.
• Experience defining non-functional requirements, availability targets and production readiness.
• Experience establishing and managing service level indicators and objectives with stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise‑authorized AI-assisted software development tools.
• Strong understanding of secure handling of inputs/outputs and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-quality designs, roadmaps, and program charters with engineering teams.
• Act as a mentor and trusted advisor to technologists on technical and business challenges.
• Collaborate to design and implement observability and reliability capabilities for complex systems.
• Use enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to accelerate reliability design and incident analysis.
• Drive the evolution and debugging of critical components considering dependencies and failure modes.
• Provide guidance for stronger reliability, scalability, and production readiness.
