• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in Java, Microservices, AWS and AI with cloud native exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance to business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Drives adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes, while establishing validation standards.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools, including AI-assisted development and automation, to improve value and scale.
• Drives decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations.
• Acts as a function-wide subject matter expert and advocates firmwide SDLC frameworks and tools.
