Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience delivering system design and production-grade software.
Experience building scalable architectures in large production environments.
Proficiency with Java, Kafka, and data streaming technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to teams, contractors, and vendors.
Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews.
Drive AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and reliability.
Own end-to-end architecture for Trust & Security data and integrations.
Design real-time streaming solutions using Kafka with reliable patterns and data contracts.
Publish data to lake/analytic platforms with strong observability and governance.
Lead Java services and pipelines for secure production code.
Model data stores across Cassandra and Oracle, optimizing performance.
