You will lead AI-assisted engineering practices, ensure secure coding, CI/CD, cloud-native solutions, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams across multiple business functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering design, development, testing, and operations.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Experience guiding AI-assisted coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review peers.
• Lead AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to enhance automation and value.
• Identify and automate recurring issues to improve stability.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architectures.
