Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to drive AI-enabled product design and delivery within the Consumer & Community Banking Digital Technology team. You will shape secure, scalable software that powers millions of customer interactions and set guardrails for responsible AI adoption.

Lead cross-functional teams, define enterprise-scale architectures, and ensure rigorous code reviews, testing, and incident analysis across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Demonstrated ability designing and leading adoption of AI-enabled development practices with enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Define guardrails for validation, security, and data handling across teams.
• Design and build scalable coding frameworks used across multiple teams.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Define enterprise-scale AI-enabled architecture for Consumer & Community Banking solutions.
• Collaborate with product/engineering leaders to align roadmaps and architectures.
• Utilize SDLC tools including AI-assisted development to boost automation at scale.
• Advise cross-functional teams as the SME for AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI practices, including code review and incident analysis.
