Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to drive end-to-end solution delivery for major retail platforms.

You will own implementation, architectural design, and delivery sign-off while mentoring teams and spearheading Dual-Track Agile initiatives across Discovery and Delivery Tracks. The role emphasizes AI/agentic workflows to accelerate delivery while preserving quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent.
• 8+ years of hands-on software development with daily coding.
• 5+ years cloud-native microservices with Azure.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end solutions with post-release accountability.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution delivery across Discovery and Delivery Tracks.
• Lead client engagements as principal technical lead.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence.
• Develop and review architecture, ADRs, data models, and interfaces.
• Ensure security, reliability, and observability across platforms.
