Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead end-to-end solution delivery across platform development, client engagements, and partner integrations. You will own architecture lifecycle from discovery to deployment, guiding both discovery and delivery tracks while building scalable platform capabilities and AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with hands-on coding and prototyping.
• 5+ years designing cloud-native, microservices or event-driven architectures (Azure or equivalent).
• Strong experience building platform infrastructure and scalable backends.
• Experience with partner integrations – payments, SaaS APIs, loyalty, inventory, or auth providers.
• Hands-on creation of prototypes or reference implementations to validate architecture.
• Expertise in API-first design (REST/OpenAPI).
• Proficient with containerization, CI/CD, and Kubernetes-based delivery pipelines.
• Experience applying generative AI and AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across discovery, design, delivery and operations for platform and client solutions.
• Design and build platform infrastructure to support new product requirements and use cases.
• Produce and maintain architectural artifacts (ADRs, interface contracts, data flows, infra specs).
• Define and enforce architecture standards, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements.
