Job summary

Charter Communications, operating the Spectrum brand, seeks a Senior Lead Project / Program Manager to direct large, enterprise initiatives across cloud, networking, and security domains. You will guide intake, planning, governance, and delivery across multiple teams and executives, ensuring value and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities include establishing scalable governance, driving delivery maturity, and mentoring a team of project managers within Professional Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex engineering projects, enterprise programs, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of waterfall and agile delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects spanning multiple technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Provide end-to-end project governance, planning, risk assessment, and post-implementation review.
• Partner with Professional Services, Architecture, Operations and Sales to deliver cloud, platform, and security initiatives.
