Early Warning is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to champion the evaluation and delivery of our money movement products. You will build and align a cross-functional team to understand customer pain points and develop innovative solutions that delight users.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to General Availability, define success metrics, and collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to deliver scalable, secure experiences across digital

Qualificações

• 9+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, commerce, or related industries.
• Proven experience taking products from idea to launch.
• Deep understanding of money movement across multiple disciplines – P2P, A2A, bill payment and e-commerce.
• Strong customer discovery, product strategy, and roadmap development skills.
• Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and create clarity for teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute money movement use cases for Zelle delivering differentiated experiences for consumers, financial institutions, merchants.
• Partner with payments ecosystem participants to shape product direction and validate market opportunities.
• Lead product discovery translating customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into innovative experiences.
• Define experiences that optimize frictionless completion, trust, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across digital channels.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, Fraud, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and business case through requirements, pilot, commercialization, and GA.
