Mastercard Move is shaping the future of money movement. We seek a Manager of Product Development to lead Mastercard Send and related use cases, drive data-informed decisions, and coordinate across engineering, legal, compliance, and operations to deliver secure and user-friendly disbursement solutions.

You will define strategy, build roadmaps, and ensure high-quality product execution with a global team in a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualifications

• Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps in a payments or fintech context.
• Ability to drive data-informed decisions across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and storytelling skills for stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute product strategy for Mastercard Move's money movement portfolio.
• Build roadmaps using customer feedback, market trends and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, operations and partners to launch and scale products.
• Leverage data analytics and A/B testing to measure success and prioritize features.
• Develop product standards aligned with industry requirements and customer expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver timely value and portfolio optimization.
