Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive money movement solutions within the Zelle ecosystem, guiding cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into impactful features.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle from concept through General Availability, partner with Engineering, Risk, Legal, Marketing, and Operations, and define metrics to measure adoption, efficiency, and growth, while maintaining a strong focus on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or related industries.
• Deep understanding of money movement across multiple disciplines - P2P, A2A, bill payment and e-commerce.
• Strong customer discovery, product strategy, and roadmap development skills.
• Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and create clarity for teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and vision for money movement across multiple products.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Marketing, Research, Analytics, Design, and Development.
• Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into innovative features.
• Oversee risk and security controls, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Define requirements, groom user stories, and partner with Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to General Availability and GA.
