Early Warning is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to scale Paze by simplifying merchant integrations and accelerating live deployments. You will work with APIs, SDKs, and developer experience in a fintech setting, leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

The role emphasizes risk-aware product leadership, collaboration with engineering and marketing, and a focus on delivering revenue-driven features across multiple products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience designing products with APIs and developer portals.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven track record delivering fintech or payments products.
Experience building product strategy and roadmaps with revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and vision across multiple products.
Lead cross-functional teams to translate customer pain points into solutions.
Collaborate with marketing, research, analytics, design and engineering.
Ensure compliance, risk controls and security considerations.
Define requirements, groom user stories, and drive API-based initiatives.
