Paymentology is seeking a Product Manager to bridge vision and delivery for our International Money Movement product. You will shape the strategy, collaborate with engineering, sales, compliance and fraud, and own the roadmap from concept through launch.

Lead market research, define features, write requirements, and ensure commercial viability in a fast-paced, lean environment. You will gather customer feedback and drive adoption across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience (8+ years) in product management with a focus on international money movement.
• Proven ability to launch 0→1 products and commercialise them.
• Deep knowledge of international payments, remittance, wallets, and cross-border payments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
• Technical literacy to read flows, APIs, and collaborate with engineering.

• Planning & Strategy: Conduct market research, identify customer needs, and define a comprehensive product strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, sales, compliance, legal, and commercial teams to drive development.
• Execution & Delivery: Define features, write user stories and technical flows, and manage lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Product Launch & Optimisation: Plan launches with sales/marketing and continuously improve adoption.
• Performance & Innovation: Track KPIs, report progress, and stay updated with industry trends.
