Lumen is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the PIE tooling and AI agent orchestration initiatives within the Product Management organization. You will partner with engineering, IT, Security, and Enablement teams to design, implement, and govern PM tools, workflows, and AI-driven processes across our AI-ready connectivity platform.

You will drive upskilling for Product Managers, manage change, and define metrics to measure adoption and impact, working in a distributed environment

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Enablement, or a related enterprise transformation role.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at a Lead Product Manager level by defining strategy, aligning stakeholders, influencing senior leaders, and driving complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing product management tools, workflows, automations, integrations, reporting, or portfolio management processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools, agents, prompt frameworks, testing rubrics, output quality review, and responsible use of AI in enterprise workflows.
• Strong understanding of Product Management practices, including creating and maintaining roadmaps, prioritization, idea intake, requirements development, PRD quality, API-first thinking, and systems thinking.
• Proven ability to assess capability gaps, build upskilling plans, create enablement materials, and support adoption of new ways of working.
• Strong change management, communication, facilitation, and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex product, process, and technical concepts into clear guidance.
• Comfortable working independently in a distributed environment while building trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Operations, STEPN Ops, and Enablement teams.

Responsabilidades

• Product Insights Enablement PIE Tooling Design: Define tooling automations, integrations, templates, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Lead rollout, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of product management processes and tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to configure platforms, workflows, integrations, access controls, and governance.
• Build tooling to standardize PM workflows for roadmaps, prioritization, and portfolio visibility.
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure tool adoption, usability, and business impact.
• AI Agent Orchestration Governance: design and maintain AI agents for PRD drafting, requirements analysis, and roadmap synthesis.
• Evaluate AI agent solutions and adapt them for PM use cases with guardrails and quality standards.
• Define agent personas, prompts, guardrails, and budget considerations for PM workflows.
• Create an orchestration model linking multiple AI solutions for a trusted PM experience.
• Establish feedback loops to rate AI output and identify improvements.
• Product Manager Upskilling Capability Development: conduct capability assessments and define upskilling plans.
• Define learning paths and enablement materials with SME collaboration.
• Partner with STEPN training leads and PIE to produce content and practical adoption experiences.
• Identify AI tools and templates to accelerate skill development and reduce friction.
• Translate PM practices into actionable content for PMs and cross-functional partners.
• Change Management Adoption: lead adoption strategies for new tools, AI agents, and operating model changes.
• Develop change management plans, communications, and training materials describing why and how changes happen.
• Create quick reference guides and onboarding content to support adoption.
• Build feedback mechanisms to monitor adoption progress and address issues.
