Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Senior Lead Project/Program Manager to steer large, complex enterprise initiatives across technical teams and business functions. You will shape governance, delivery models, and executive communications to maximize customer and business value.

In this role, you’ll partner with Professional Services, Operations, Architecture, and executives, driving strategic portfolios and ensuring disciplined program management, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business or related field with 8+ years leading complex projects.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale programs across multiple orgs and exec stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of waterfall and agile delivery.
• Ability to influence strategy with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects and strategic programs with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee complete project lifecycle: intake, planning, governance, risk, execution, change control, post-implementation review.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, operations, and architecture to deliver complex initiatives.
• Assess architecture, dependencies, risks, and operational impacts to enable informed decisions.
• Develop and govern project management standards, playbooks, and delivery frameworks.
