Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as cross-functional day-to-day leader across complex transformation initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide integration programs related to mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting for major programs and integrations.
• Coordinate and align workstreams across multiple teams, managing timelines, risks and decisions.
