Job summary

Klaviyo in Palo Alto is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own both our ML models and the platform that makes building them possible. You’ll combine model quality with infrastructure thinking, connecting platform investments to real customer outcomes.

You’ll work with ML engineers and data scientists to define roadmaps for smart send time, audience optimization, and churn prediction, while shaping the internal infrastructure for training, serving, and workflow orchestration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally owning ML or data platform products.
• Working knowledge of ML systems (training pipelines, model serving, experiment tracking).
• Ability to translate platform investments into customer and business outcomes.
• Comfort being the sole PM in a highly technical environment.
• Balance long-term platform investments with short-term product needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for core ML models (smart send time, audience optimization, recommendations, churn) and the ML platform.
• Define evaluation frameworks and collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to improve models.
• Oversee internal infrastructure (training, serving, feature pipelines, orchestration) to accelerate production of ML models.
• Ensure platform reliability, observability, and cost efficiency for large-scale ML workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on build vs. buy decisions across the ML stack.
