Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Analytics AI product area, focusing on AI-native analytics UX, data visualization, and multi-brand analytics experiences. You will shape the Analytics Agent and guide integration with Composer's charting and core reporting.

You’ll work across platform migrations, define specs for AI behaviors, ensure data grounding, and partner with Enterprise teams to align roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience
• Hands-on experience building AI or ML-powered products where model quality and data grounding were core PM responsibilities
• Strong data and analytics product background with expertise in analytics, reporting, data visualization, or BI
• Demonstrated UX judgment for complex data experiences, translating hard query infrastructure into intuitive user-facing patterns
• Comfortable guiding platform migrations or infrastructure transitions and translating architecture shifts into product decisions
• Ability to influence multi-team roadmaps without direct authority across platform, feature and infra teams
• Clear, rigorous product specs for data-heavy and AI features reflecting edge cases, data semantics and tradeoffs
• Fluent in reasoning about LLM-based systems, query infrastructure, and analytics implications

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and H2+ roadmap execution for the Analytics Agent across five pillars: Trust, Intelligence, Breadth, Foundation, and Experience
• Build and own the quality measurement system for the Analytics Agent — evals, LLM-as-judge scoring, and a golden set of production cases
• Own AI-generated analytics UX: define integration model between Composer's charting, Core Reporting, and Analytics AI; ship NLI-driven visualization and dashboard creation
• Own the PM-side of the query infrastructure transition — define unlocks for customers during migration and prioritize by customer value
• Partner with the hiring manager on multi-account analytics & activation experiences for Enterprise Organizations
• Work cross-functionally to drive multi-team alignment across a fast-moving, architecturally complex product area
• Write clear, rigorous product specs for AI behaviors, data-heavy features, and platform-level changes with edge cases and tradeoffs
• Maintain accountability for health, quality, and reliability of core reporting surfaces -- monitoring and improvements
