Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with painting, patching, and surface preparation.
• Ability to lead projects and direct team members.
• Strong knowledge of painting materials, equipment, and best practices.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee painting projects to ensure quality, consistency, and timely completion.
• Provide direction, training, and support to painting team.
• Coordinate with Community Managers and Service Managers on schedules and priorities.
• Plan scope, materials, and timelines for painting projects and report progress.
