Mark-Taylor is seeking a skilled Painter for our Integrated Operations Network team at our Scottsdale corporate office. The role focuses on interior painting for apartment turns across multiple properties, ensuring units are move-in ready and aligned with color standards.

With 3–5 years of interior painting experience in multifamily housing, you’ll prep surfaces, apply paint with rollers, brushes and spray equipment, and balance speed with quality.

• 3–5 years interior painting experience in multifamily housing.
• Proficient in surface prep: caulking, patching, sanding, priming.
• Experience with rollers, brushes, and spray equipment; move quickly with quality.

Responsibilities

• Complete interior painting for apartment turns across multiple properties.
• Perform surface prep including caulking, patching, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint with rollers, brushes, and spray equipment.
• Follow defined scopes, color standards, and quality expectations.
• Meet scheduled timelines to support turn deadlines.
• Maintain equipment and report touch-ups before delivery.
