Job summary

As a Lead Painter, you'll work closely with the foreman and other team members to ensure painting projects are completed with precision, consistency, and high-quality craftsmanship. This role is ideal for a painter with leadership experience who is ready to step up without taking on full foreman responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional painting experience, including experience guiding or mentoring others
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
• Solid knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and coatings
• Ability to work well with a crew and take direction from the foreman
• Strong work ethic and reliability
