Job summary

StoneCreek Communities is seeking a skilled Maintenance professional to manage on-site repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready processes at our Kansas City property. You will diagnose issues, order parts, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, quality service.

The role requires 5+ years in multifamily maintenance with a supervisor stint, EPA/HVAC/CPO/CAMT certifications preferred, and familiarity with Entrata PM software.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal) required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• CPO preferred.
• CAMT preferred.
• Experience- Minimum 5 years in Multifamily Maintenance; 1 year as Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Experience with Property Management software, Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Access materials from maintenance department and manage inventory.
• Complete documentation for service requests.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas and amenities.
• Support cost-cutting and stay within budget.
• Periodic property inspections for safety and risk management.
• Adhere to safety policies and complete required training.
• Prepare for hazardous weather situations and respond as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
