NASCAR Midwest Division is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Experience and Activation, based at Iowa Speedway. You will oversee partner activation, manage key accounts across Iowa and Kansas speedways, and support events at Chicagoland, Phoenix, and Michigan tracks.

You will partner with Regional Sales, Legal, and Finance to craft new business agreements, renewals, and insightful reporting, while guiding activation plans and asset fulfillment for high‑impact partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sports management, business, sports marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, client service, agency, partnership marketing, or sports marketing preferred.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary account lead for Iowa Speedway partners during NASCAR events and other motorsports events.
• Manage a portfolio of partners across Midwest Division track properties.
• Develop and execute event-weekend activation strategies aligned to partner priorities.
• Oversee fulfillment of partnership assets including signage, tickets, hospitality, and digital content.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance) on agreements and renewals.
• Travel approximately 25% to Chicagoland, Kansas, Michigan, and Phoenix venues.
