Job summary

The NASCAR Partnerships Coordinator will support CELSIUS Holdings, Inc.'s NASCAR portfolio, coordinating day-to-day partnership operations, managing deliverables, and supporting race weekend activations.

Based in our Boca Raton, FL headquarters, the role requires strong organization, motorsport passion, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners to drive successful activations and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in sports marketing, partnership marketing, event management, or sponsorship activation.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Communications or related field.
• Experience with pro sports teams, agencies, or properties is preferred.
• Passion for NASCAR and motorsports is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively during the NASCAR season, including weekends.
• Excellent relationship building and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Execution & Asset Management - Manage NASCAR partnerships, track assets, maintain calendars, and ensure all obligations are met on time.
• Race Weekend Operations & Event Execution - Support planning and on-site execution of race activations, hospitality, and events, including logistics and guest management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate with internal teams to maximize NASCAR assets and support marketing, retail, and activation needs.
• Communication & Relationship Management - Coordinate with teams, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
• Budget & Administrative Support - Assist with POs, invoices, budget tracking, vendor payments, and documentation.
• Reporting & Measurement - Collect metrics, support recaps, organize data, and assist with performance reporting.
