NASCAR is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Experience and Activation for the Midwest Division, based at Iowa Speedway. You’ll lead account management, activation strategy, and sales support for Iowa and Kansas tracks while coordinating activities across Chicagoland, Phoenix, and Michigan events.

You will onboard new partners, develop event-weekend activation plans, manage contractual deliverables, and provide timely reporting to support partnership sales.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in sports management, business, sports marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of three to four years of related experience in account management, client service, agency, partnership marketing, or sports marketing.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with ability to lead projects from concept through completion.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary account lead for key Iowa Speedway partners during NASCAR events and other motorsports events.
• Manage a portfolio of partners across the Midwest Division's track properties.
• Develop and execute event-weekend activation strategies that support partner priorities and regional sales objectives.
• Oversee fulfillment of partnership assets, including signage, activations, tickets, parking passes, credentials, hospitality, social media, and digital content.
• Administer Event Business Management Software (EBMS) for the Partnership Sales and Commercial Experience & Activation teams and generate reports.
• Assist with creation of new business agreements and lead renewal conversations with Regional Sales and Legal.
