Job summary

Daksta seeks a Senior MEP Superintendent to lead installation, commissioning, and delivery of data centre MEP systems. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet milestones, quality, and safety standards.

You will oversee design coordination, handle on-site challenges, and ensure compliant documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Strong MEP expertise and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an MEP Superintendent on data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Experience with power distribution, cooling, and fire protection systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication for diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site activities and coordinate MEP works with teams and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals for quality and compliance.
• Track progress, milestones, and budgets with project managers.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance on site.
• Resolve on-site issues and implement value engineering where appropriate.
• Prepare progress reports and present to stakeholders.
