Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field. Prpven experience in MEP construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects with complex MEP systems. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and safety regulations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
