Daksta seeks a Senior MEP Superintendent to lead installation and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large-scale projects. You will drive project schedules, mentor MEP teams, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with designers and subcontractors, approving shop drawings, and reporting progress to stakeholders. A strong engineering background and proven leadership in MEP construction are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory MEP construction role with large-scale projects.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP systems installation and execution on construction projects. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall project plans. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of MEP-related milestones. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with design teams to address technical issues and implement solutions effectively. Ensure adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines. Lead and mentor MEP teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and materials. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and addressing challenges. Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field. Prpven experience in MEP construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects with complex MEP systems. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and safety regulations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Day-to-Day
