Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in heavy industrial, refinery, or chemical manufacturing.
• Proven leadership with scope definition and budget management.
• Strong knowledge of ASME codes and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of daily operations to ensure equipment reliability.
• Lead capital projects from design to commissioning and qualification.
• Apply FEA to validate designs and optimize efficiency.
• Identify and integrate new materials and processing technologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and present technical documentation and proposals to stakeholders.
