Job summary

International is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead at the San Antonio manufacturing plant to perform skilled maintenance on production equipment and lead a team of technicians. You will oversee maintenance tasks, coach staff, and ensure high uptime through preventive and predictive programs.

The role requires extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus strong safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum up-time.
• Oversees work assignments for Maintenance Technicians, supports and trains others.
• Troubleshoots and repairs motor control and drive systems, robotics systems, machine networks, and industrial automation.
• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electro-mechanical production equipment and supporting systems.
• Diagnoses equipment failures and coordinates corrective actions to restore production.
