Job summary

International San Antonio Manufacturing Plant seeks a Maintenance Technician to service and repair plant equipment. Initial Day shift training (Mon–Thu 5:30 AM–4:00 PM) with a planned transition to Night shift in 2027, including a 10% shift differential after the change.

External candidates may receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus and relocation support up to $7,500. The role requires diagnosing issues, reading schematics, performing calibrations, and maintaining 5S/workspace standards to support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of maintenance experience or an associate degree in a related field.
• Ability to read drawings and electrical schematics.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and diagnose problems quickly.
• Read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics.
• Calibrate equipment (fluid, air, and fans).
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards and follow EHS rules.
