You will lead others in adopting enterprise AI-assisted development, build internal tools and platforms, and drive on-call excellence, SLOs, and high-availability delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced Java development experience in production systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding, testing, and debugging.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Operationally focused with reliability, SLOs, and high uptime.
• Ability to design and ship internal developer tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Regularly provides technical guidance to teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews others' work with AI-assisted tooling.
• Drives architecture and design decisions across product features and platforms.
• Designs and maintains internal tooling and developer platforms for productivity.
• Acts as SME in AI/ML applications within software engineering workflows.
• Owns and operates systems with 24x7 high-traffic uptime and incident response.
• Advances engineering practices and SDLC standards across the team.
• Promotes adoption of enterprise AI tooling and automation strategies.
